DELIVERY & RETURNS
Every order at DeVaze Flowers is personally hand-delivered by professional, and we strive to deliver every order as quickly as possible. Most of the products at devaze.com can be delivered the same day. In order to provide a same-day delivery service, order must be placed before 4:00 PM, Monday – Friday and before 1:00 PM on Saturdays and Sundays. All orders received after that time may be delivered the following day. In order to request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout, or simply contact us. We will do our best to satisfy your desire. For all deliveries a fee will be applied at your shopping cart. The delivery charge will be calculated and provided to you before submitting a payment. It will be based on the delivery address. In an event of any major holiday, we strongly advise that you place your orders at least ten days in advance.
If you have specific instructions for the delivery of your order, please type during checkout. We might need to contact the recipient to arrange the delivery. In all cases, if the recipient is not at home when delivery team attempts a delivery, they will: call the recipient to schedule a better time for delivery, try to contact you for more specific delivery instructions, leave the arrangement in a covered, shaded, secure area of the porch, and last resort it will be left with a neighbor with prior notification of recipient.
All cancellation requests, without any exceptions, must be submitted by calling 1(818) 861-7210 at least 1 day (24 hours) prior to the delivery date.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
All sales are final. No refunds. Unfortunately, DeVaze Flowers is not accepting any returns because we are providing a service consisting of perishable items with sensitivity to temperature, moisture, and light. If you would like to cancel an order, please contact us 24hrs before the scheduled delivery. Receiving a defective product being the only exception. All such claims must be made within 7 hours of receiving the flowers. A photo of the arrangement must be submitted to email@example.com. Please keep in mind that flowers are perishable and have a life of their own.
